Corrections, disputes, and removals

Malaysia Electrician Guide is a free directory of electrician businesses across Malaysia. Your listing comes from publicly available business information, and your score and review summary are calculated by the same published system applied to every other business on the site, working from the public Google reviews written by customers. Payment plays no part in how we list you or score your business. This page explains how to fix factual errors, challenge a score if the data behind it is wrong, or ask for removal. Corrections to your business details

Your business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, and list of services can all be corrected. Send us the correct information along with something that verifies it, such as a link to your Google Business Profile, your website, or another public source. Once a correction is applied, it stays in place and survives future data refreshes.

Disputing your score

Scores are never adjusted by hand. If you believe your score is wrong, the issue is almost always that the input data itself is faulty. This might mean your listing was matched to another business, reviews were attributed to the wrong company, or the summary of what reviewers wrote does not match what they actually said. When you dispute a score, we re-check the sources and regenerate your listing. A dispute is not a request for a higher number; it is a claim that the data is inaccurate.

Requesting removal from the directory

We remove listings for businesses that have permanently closed, are duplicates of another entry, or fall outside the scope of an electrician directory. Our monthly verification process automatically detects and removes closed businesses. If your listing is accurate and your business is in scope, we may decline removal, and we will tell you why plainly.

How quickly we respond

Every request you send is acknowledged within 5 business days. Removals that are confirmed take up to 7 days to action. Requests we decline include the reason.
